How Welding Works

Welding joins metals by fusing edges with controlled heat. We prep joints, set root gaps/land, and manage heat input to achieve penetration without distortion.

  • • Proper joint design and bevels for strength
  • • Fixturing and clamps to hold geometry
  • • Post-weld inspection for dimensions and cosmetics

Welding Advantages

Ideal for frames, enclosures, and assemblies that need rigidity, sealed seams, or polished appearance.

  • • Strong joints with minimal added weight
  • • TIG for fine control and clean cosmetic seams
  • • MIG for efficient production on thick sections
  • • Optional weld dressing & blending for show surfaces

FAQ

What welding processes do you offer?
MIG & TIG for steel, stainless, and aluminum. Spot and stud welding available by request.
How do you control distortion?
We use proper joint design, staggered bead sequences, fixturing, and cooling intervals. Critical parts are verified after welding.
Can you dress/finish the welds?
Yes—grinding, blending, and cosmetic finishing are available. We can prep for powder coat, anodize, or plating via partners.
